Location. The Bauer Hotel in Venice, Italy is 150 meters from St. Mark's Square and 250 meters from Basilica di San Marco and Doge's Palace. The Veneto Theatre Company is 450 meters from the hotel and Rialto Bridge is 500 meters away. The Marco Polo Airport is approximately 13 kilometers.

Hotel Features. The rose-colored lobby of the Bauer Hotel features antique-veneer Venetian panels, vintage Murano-glass chandeliers and a ceramic map of 15th century Venice. Amenities include a 24- hour front desk, a gift shop and 24-hour room service.

Complimentary American-style buffet breakfasts are served each morning. Serving Venetian and Mediterranean cuisine, De Pisis restaurant is open for lunches and dinners and has a terrace dining area that overlooks the Grand Canal. The Grand Canal Bar features views of the Grand Canal. Open mid-morning to late night, the bar serves snacks and cocktails.
